WHAT IS A DILAPIDATION REPORT?
A dilapidation report is a report of the existing condition of a particular property. In the report, we will report and records the existing/current conditions of the property. We will take numourous photos of the exisiting conditions and this will be the bases of the report. It records any existing damage, cracks and noticable damage at the time of onsite inspection.
For any new home or renovations you might be thinking of undertaking, it will be best practice to have this report prior to the builders commencing onsite. You can avoid costly disputes that may arise from your neighbours claiming for damages due to the result of the construction work done on your property.

Footpaths adjacent to property including each side
